Dress 2 is MUCH more flattering on you.Not only does the blue compliment your eyes but it goes well with your hair and has a cool back to it. Dress 1 looks cheap, I can't quite make out the pattern and what is that weird dangly tie thing around the waist? But the main reason I think it's not for you is the bust line in the front. It might be okay on some woman but you my dear a blessed with big boobs and the way it shows in the dress they look like they're almost falling out(which is not a good)

Definitely dress #1. The back and the color for Dress number 2 didn't really suit you very well, and it made your tattoo less noticeable. Whereas dress 1 made you look great, slimmed you down instantly (not that you're not already in great shape!), and made your tattoo pop, adding a cool splash of color to your skin.
