Damn good review man ad now you can get 5 stars like nothing I remember when you made the LP back when it was up how you always went on about trying to get 5 stars. Also yeah I want to try this game since its cheaper now but I'm going to pick up Storm 2 since I'm more of a fighting game person. I still want some RPGs though but I know the 360 version is garbage since the frame rate issues, 3 disks and taken out levels. Not the best final fantasy but its decent. Just slow at the beginning.

Fantastic review man :D. I actually want to go back and revise mine a bit xD. Personally, I'm someone who really enjoyed this game. I accepted the changes square made, embraced them, and ended up really enjoying the game. It's not the best Final Fantasy, but it's by no means a bad game.

I don't know...this game was unsatisfying to me in a lot of ways. Even with some of the best graphics this gen, it doesn't slide with me on how disappointing everything else was in terms of game play and story was. Seriously, do they think gamers are that dumb where we needed 9 chapters of basically tutorial?

I used to be a FF fan, but SE is really lacking in good games. I've been converted and will be more excited if Persona 5 is announced for PS3 ever than any sort of info on a new FF.

There are not that many good jrpg's on xbox 360. How does this one rank with the others? Seems like you liked the game but didn't love it. Is it better than Lost Odyssey for instance?

If they had allowed you to fight that Massive beast in Gran Pulse I would have sunk a lot more hours into this game. A boss fight like that is worth all the grinding, but sadly that wasn't the case in this one. Nice review. The game had some nice moments and looking back on it I had fun with it. Still no where near the older FF's though.
