great film and overview of the shamanic lifestyle. i went through all this with duncan in my early 20's and now nearly 20 years later the teachings i learnt still ring true and have such deep meaning in everyday life. i highly recommend a visit to the world of the medicine wheel wholeheartedly.

I have been involved with Duncan in the past in ceremonial shamanic work and will do so in the future. I recommend him very highly as a facilitator and teacher.

That someone can sit humbly, call themselves nothing and still have a
sense of self worth is baffling to the commercial forces, because of
percieved ancestral feuds, but out ancestors are just concerned with

the now, not status or contrived ideas of honor, they are at the
highest level of oneness, thats how they help us, as they represent
the higher soul removed from time and at peace. Our ancestors are dead
to this world and laugh at it all in peace, perhaps as they did
through life too, or tried, they don't care about any feud just you
being your true self.
