impressive...Do you take supplements or are you naturally just a tough mother! haha damn... a lot of dedication i see.... do you think I can get results out of blasting each muscle group once a week?
my diet is restrictive meaning no junk and balanced out with vegetable, but that's about it, and no I blast my muscle groups twice a week because I have a light heavy day rotation, so I only take one day off a week and my body isn't taxed all the time because the light days just serve to keep the pump going so atrophy doesn't occur, so when heavy day rolls around I'm ready to pound it out
You're right and I am, I can't even come close to doing the weight on bench that I can squat for reps, or maybe you haven't seen all the my leg video, but in any case you're right.
fuck man 550 is alot but yes that is close to 515. And u can not even begin to compare a leg press with a smith. theres no way the weight on the sled can be compared to any other lift, i leg press over 800lbs but only bench 300lbs.
that is impressive man n believe im not tryin to take anything away from u, its just that i almost had u pegged as one of those gym rats who favors upperbody over everything else, obviously i was wrong u do hit legs hard ur upper body is jus fuckin strong.
not a problemx3. Legs bring out a better physique and help on your bench by adding more weight to your frame. For me the more I weigh the more a bench and full legs will at a good 15lbs to your body. Pilots flex there legs to prevent from passing out when they go high where oxygen is thin, the flex of the legs help deliever blood so blackout won't happen so far or at all. Legs are important, however I have high ball calves, strong but skinny compared to my other parts
Cool, n i didnt know pilots did that it is interesting. And u r spot on with the rest besides, who doesnt love training legs till they puke/pass out? lol. well man now that i know whats up im also just wondering what ur goals are with this, like are u powerlifting?
Nawh I just do it to stay powerful and in shape, i'm 38 with a 17 year old so I gotta stay on top of things, and working out really helps me with my overall wellness. every year my physicals are great from colesterol to blood pressure. BAscially preventive medicine.
Well now i just gotta say i admire your dedication at your age, not calling you old or anything just that im not strong as you and pretty young and my body is already feelin the burden of constantly moving absurd amounts of weight. Dont get me wrong i will still bodybuild till i die lol. Glad you are setting a great, healthy example for your child i bet he is proud of his father. well hey man of you got the time check out my bodyspace link on my page, im sure the site help with your goals.
Front squats really concentrate on the quads more that normal squats would. Normal squats with the bar on your shoulders hit the hamstring, buttocks, and lower back muscles more.
nice work, oh and yea you gotta deadlift man. Lifting heavy ass weight with any exercise will bring up everything else as well. 3 main excercises are bench, squat, and deadlift.
I was waiting for this video to come and once again I am impressed!
what is your diet like? do you try to eat real clean like a bodybuilder or heavy like a powerlifter? I saw your pics on myspace and you looked pretty ripped.
I'm in between on my eating. I eat good food, and I have cut out a lot of my fat and sugar. Bascially I try to eat balanced meals and I take a Mega Man Sport multi-vitamin from GNC. Thanks Cambria2007. All the videos that I've shot are on myspace as well. I slimmed down from 270lbs to 250lbs
hahah wicked sick videos, i love how you called out that dude, there are so many sh*t talkers on youtube. awesome vids though man keep them coming, you should get a shoulder video out.
Thanks scondore. We are planning to do a video in the summer and it will incompass the whole body. Hopefully I will be able to pyramid up to 500lbs on the flat, and over 405lbs on the incline. Yes there are some bad, but I've experienced good as well. I only do the sled drop set every other week, but I wanted to include it as well. OH WAS I HURTING.
Well, it depends on many factors. One how heavy are you going, two how many sets are you doing? How often do you lift, and how long have you been lifting. Lets start there, ksherman51.
well, give it time. those 2 sets should be 5 sets. you'll get more development. So take it down to 200lbs and do 5 sets of ten. You'll feel it for sure then and your strength will increase as well. Always try to do at least 5 sets of each exercise whatever it is. You'll get more development that way. Let me know how it goes.
nice tehnice my bro

my bad guess i missed it, enlighten me if u will. what is your squat?
x3huesos 2 years ago
natual squat 550lbs over 1,000 on the sled. My bench has only been to 515lbs. I don't think I could do 1,000 even benching on the smith machine

my video #5 has me doing the sled and 1,200, but that was for reps If I had to just push it once, it would be higher.
