  • CTW,the total maestro of visual lyrics, maybe we didnt listen hard enough in the 70,s and now with a sort of longing for things of substance we have found him again

  • One of his best. Though none were bad.

  • Been listening to a lot of Cliffords songs again lately. Back in the 70's a new Clifford album was a very special event for me, I would rush to the record store at lunchtime and as soon as I got home it would be on the turntable.

I'll never understand why Clifford wasn't the biggest musical star of the 70's. These songs are so beautiful.

  • My Dad has always been a huge Clifford fan, and always said that one day, no matter how far in the future it is, that he'd be remembered alongside McCartney, Dylan and Elvis. As an eight year old, I didn't understand what he was getting so excited about. Now, I'm a 22 year old boxing and rugby fanatic, but on the music side of things I see now what my old man was talking about. What a great tune, and fantastic lyrics. Even at my relatively young age, these words hit home. Thanks for the upload!
