Seriouisly, this report was probably from February 5th, 2010, the day before the historic mid-Atlantic blizzard.

Interestingly enough, here in Boston, there was nothing. In Manhattan, there were three or four inches. Staten Island had something like 6 to 8 inches, and the snow quickly piled up ther further south you went, peaking at over three feet in the Baltimore/Washington corridor.

NBC in Washington called it "Snowtorious B.I.G."!
