It could of also have been a fast rehersal in learning the choriography, which does happen to everyone, but at least she did the best she could and at times improve takes place so when mistakes do happen, they can be blended in so it can be part of the dance. Believe me, it's happened to me too and the best thing to do when situations like this do arise is: If you make a mistake, do it big and blend it in. This works with a lot of popular music artiests, actors and dancers as well.
