  • too bad steiner didn't use this move during wwe(obviously we know why). but i would love for him to use that move on cena.

  • Nice hair.

  • scott steiner is probably the best wrestler of all time, and i'm not afraid to say it.

it's easy for people to look at him now, and laugh at everything he does. but this guy was an animal, and an innovator. the steiner screwdriver, the frankensteiner, etc...he was a mad genius.

  • Ive seen Rick attempt this before too... I believe it was on one of the Public Enemy in ECW.... sloppy and botched he looked like he literally killed the guy...

  • Wow, did he die?

  • This is a real finishing move. Nobody should ever kick out of that as wrestling would lose it's suspension of disbelief.

  • This used to be my favorite finisher in every wrestling game then it just sort of disappeared, stupid video games.

  • if I was a wrestler, that'll be my finisher!

  • @bharatsermal Steiner's ass is what makes the impact on the mat, not Hase's head.

  • 3 people didn't kick out.

  • before scotty got all roided up he was pretty good.

  • Rick looked like, "man, I'm glad that wasn't me" lol

  • nice one Big Poppa Pump, lol i thought he was Kurt Angle at first due to the outfit.

  • is this Scott Steiner?? OMG, he looks so difference from now

  • christ. has to be my favorite move. ever.

  • I love chinese commentating! XD

  • @Evildoerr99

    Japanese. Christ. :P

  • @Evildoerr99 I'm sure it's very cool. But how is it compared to the JAPANESE commentary you hear in this clip??

  • @tommbakk nevermind i thought this was chinese.

  • @Evildoerr99 its japanese you moron

  • @Graveguard1992 Your both wrong this is a clip from Korean Championship Wrestling

  • The greatest suplex known to man without breaking the neck or killing someone

  • @CavemanJesus4Life Well it isn't a Suplex. Its a Suplex-LIFT Inverted Piledriver hence not a suplex.

  • @chainsawproof99 True, but its badass

  • scott looks so different now that he is pumped on roids

  • HAH?! WHODAHMAN!? YO MADDA SOCKS!

  • man, i miss scott steiners talent.

  • Best finisher ever

  • Kurt Angle before he was bald.

  • After that match, that dude and his partner was pickin' splinters, out of their FAAAT ASSES

  • i am thinking from last three minutes how did he do that without hurting the other guy.

    he must have been paralyzed

  • @bharatsermal

By using his quads to cushion the blow from his opponent's head to his shoulders.

    I hope.

  • damn

  • Fackin' hell that move is sick!

  • haha Big Poppa pump of the 80s

  • That was amazing.

  • HHH isn't good enough a wrestler to carry Poppa's jockstrap - shoot or work

  • Steiner was one of the greats

  • just plain awesome more like just PAIN awesome

  • "HE AINT GETTIN' UP FROM THIS ONE!"

  • vertical lift, reversed, omega driver or a vertical lift, sit-down-finish tombstone

pretty awesome, especially since it was way back when

  • Back when Steiner was a technical master.

  • Such a dangerous move. Looks awesome but gives the other guy no protection.

  • HE HAS HAIR DUN DUN DAHHHH

  • wow just awesome

  • This is the kind of thing that makes me grimace in real life to see. WWE doesn't ever make me do that (well, ECW occasionally does). Which sucks, as it takes away part of the thrill and impressiveness of watching wrestling -- to see nasty looking moves happen, that look like they should end a person's career, but the guy is not really hurt.

  • but the risk is run of injury. so when a huge company rests on the health of their performers...not much can be done. this could fuck you up. i could understand very very strong spears or dumbass aggressive powerbombs... but this just exposes the neck too much. =(

  • this is for showing ppl that thinks steiner sux and he doesn't!

  • this Scott Steiner and what he became (a total JOKE) are pretty much two 100% different people... THIS Scott Steiner was incredible, *that* Scott Steiner is a useless pile of steroid abusing crap

  • i agree man. scott steiner was a wrestling MACHINE back then. every move he did was a work of art IMO. when he started taking those steriods he became a big dope.

  • no hes an old man now. back around 1999- 2000 he was huge, quick and strong and twice the wrestler of anyone today. dont blame "steroids" for his inability these days.

  • they rushed his aging... just look at a guy like Ricky Steamboat and what he was able to do after YEARS of not performing...Steiner never stopped but he's been reduced to a joke and the main culprit is certainly steroid abuse. i WISH i didn't have to type something like that, but the truth is ugly =(

  • Thats a completely ignorant statement coming from someone who has absolutely no knowledge of anobilics. Pro athletes who abuse steroids for years dont even deteriorate as fast as Scott did. If you watch his earlier matches, the guy took millions of bumps doing aerial moves and slams 6 days a week for 20 years! thats insane, his body has taken a ton of abuse over the years.

  • hes always used steroids you idiot. he just got old like everyone does.

  • yah but when you abuse them so heavily it's going to really limit you, that's why some other wrestlers in their later years were still able to do somethings while others couldn't. just look at someone like Lex Luger, but then look at someone like Curt Hennig when Curt was older he could still move pretty well, but Luger was rigor mortised in the ring.....

  • Your just singling out the guys that looked good. 99% of those guys back then were juicing, and alot of them are still fine today. Steiners high flying style made taking bumps inevitable and surgerys soon followed. His body broke down from some nasty injuries and combined with his age made him what he has turned into. Dont spew shit about steroids ruining lives on here pal, because its makes you look painfully naive about them, which you are.

  • look dude, i'm just saying there's a big difference between using and abusing, i'm aware that 99%of them used them, but not too many of them went off the deepend; of course i am singling some out, there aren't too many of them that ended up quite like Steiner! right or wrong for better or for worse it's how he ended up. not trying to be outright disrespectful, just saying...furthermore you have your thoughts-i have mine, better to simply agree to disagree and end the steroid back-n-forth here.

  • Aright, good rebuttal. Blame it on the injuries or blame it on "steroids". I can agree Steiner went from basically the most gifted athlete i've ever seen in pro wrestling to a broken down, uncoordinated botcher.

  • yah, i blame it on both. but i will add on a positive note that the stuff he and Rick did in the early 90's is some of the best american pro wrestlers had to offer, ...ever! absolutely untouchable class professional wrestling of the highest caliber - and there is NO argument there!

  • but stupid young redneck fans actually say he was never any good and HHH is better, it truly pains me to know people are that stupid. he was in a class by himself for real.

  • HHH could never do a 15th of the things Scott Steiner could and did, HHH is a self absorbed overrated *average* wrestler who simply took advantage of the right situations *groans* hardly ANYONE could top the things Scott Steiner did from 1990 to 1995, i wouldn't put HHH anywhere NEAR Scott in his prime!!!!

  • @the16th6toothson I agree but Scott just wasnt a good enough talker.

  • He went from best wrestler to best teacher.

  • mcmahons doesn't let the real wrestlers do that because of the fuckin 12 belows who watch WWE.i want the R 13 attitude!(is attitude's rating 13 or 18?)

  • No, it is because the potential for serious injury is very high.

  • yeh as dsbnh said he doesnt let them do it cos of the serious risk involved, to my knowledge the undertaker and jerry lawler are the only ones in the wwe atm who is licensed to use the piledrive moves

  • Kane is also allowed to use it.

  • Comment removed

  • attitude era was 14 generally on raw and sd but the ppv's were 15 minimum and usually 18-well in the uk rating system, i dont kno how this transfers into other countries

  • Funny thing is he did that like only half way through the match if not the first half, lol.

Hase (the guy who took it) must've been thinking after that "Why didn't we end the match with that?! My spine is freggin dust!"

  • this move makes you remeber how good scott steiner is

  • I was trying to reply to NYP619, but hit the freakin' spam button by mistake. Anyway...yeah he did it in TNA, but it's a day late and a dollar short. If he was doing it in 1989, 1990, 1991 etc I think he would have gotten over as a monster main event babyface. However, injuries, and dramatic changes to his body, and apparent attitude adjustments made the Scott Steiner of pre-1995 an entirely different wrestler than the one we see now adays.

  • HEH

  • that move isn't allowed to be done in wwe

  • y not

  • just cause it's a too risky move, vince mcmhan only allows veterans to do risky moves that he knows they can perform perfectly, like undertakers tombstone. ever notice you don't see normal piledrivers in wwe at all?

  • piledrivers are banned in all the makor wrestling companies, only the major ones though

  • If the American promotions would have allowed Scott Steiner to use the screwdriver rather than the frankensteiner as a finisher, I think he would have been pushed a lot harder a lot sooner, and it might have even changed the landscape of American pro wrestling.

  • he did it in TNA like a few months ago.

  • what match?? who with can u show me a link if its on here?

  • TNA Against All Odds 2009 - Scott Steiner vs. Petey Willaims

  • He was allowed. Even more when he first beame a main eventer but all this is before Time Warner was able to get in there and get alot of video's

  • and there's someone sittin at home on their couch swilling a beer saying they know how 2 fall !

  • thats gotta hurt...

  • I guarentee that poor Jap's spine was fucked up permenately from that.

  • One of the best finshers in wrestling

  • It wasn't as good against Williams, looked a bit of a struggle! That one there is immense tho

  • tombstone aint got shit on that

  • that is sure as hell going to kill you

  • @Smoothers10 Damn Right

  • wath a pelidriver!!!!!!!

    sickness

    so painful man

  • woww, it is the best !!!

  • wow! he did this move to finish his match with Petey Williams in Against All Odds

  • Yeah I saw that, looked dangerous though. Considering how Steiner is in the ring these days I'm surprised Williams let him do it to him.

  • Williams took it very well though.

This one is probably the best one he did. He did a really good one to Owen Hart too

  • Holly Cow !!!! It's a Murder

  • M..........D...........K

  • SICK!

  • How does he do that without KILLING someone?

  • not even close to a tombstone you fuck wit, he lands on his ass so its pretty much a vertical belly to belly sit down piledriver.

  • steiner screwdriver>tombstone piledriver

  • Steiner back in his WCW days was something to behold. These days? He can barely move.

    It's pretty unfortunate.

  • it is very unfortunate. went from being good, to shitty. he should have stopped on the high point of his career.

  • OUCH!!!!!!!!

  • For me this is the best finisher ever. Epically dangerous, but if done properly you are actually convinced that the other guy can't have survived. Love the video!

  • too bad he doesnt do it anymore

  • That's the Scott Steiner I miss and used to love.

  • SO it's a suplex into a piledriver? COO!!

  • He looks like Ken Patera there.

  • i wasnt to see steiner bring this back!

  • I was just goona say that.

  • hes 1 sick wreslter... he was the angle of the 80-90's they just held him back. shame hes very banged up now :\

  • simply amazing move ... picture perfect

  • MURDER

  • wow is that scott, he looks different

  • those who are too young to remember, the steiners were straight sick.

  • OMFG!!!! O____O.........BANED!!!lol

Maybe the Most Dangerous Finisher EVER! Iwatch all Kinds of Wresting! and I Haven't Seen that Move Even Used in Japan, let Alon the US! o_O

A Freaking Vertical Jack Hammer Into a Fire Thunder Driver Drop! Just SICK!!!

it's Not a Tombstone! Because he Sits out, making it a Fire Thunder Driver!

    Remember Rikishi's Finisher?!

  • u wont see that in WWE

  • Steiner used that move in WWE on Owen Hart.

  • but it wouldnt be allowed thesedays

  • Yeah nowadays they won't even allow anyone to do a Michinoku Driver unless it was a sitout body slam.

  • You do see those type of moves nowadays. Maybe not in the Watered-down Wrestling Entertainment, but in TNA and ROH you do get see sick drivers like that. Just look at the Canadian Destroyer by Petey Williams, or the Cradle Piledriver by Sabain, and what about that sick finisher driver from Kevin Steen, I forgot the name of the move but yea.

  • package piledriver :) its awesome XD

  • Daaaamn

  • SHIT!!!!

  • that was awesome!!!

  • great

  • I did this move to my ex-girlfriend during sex. You should've seen the look on her face.

  • yeah...

  • Wasnt she surprised when you nocked yourself out? Hahhaa Bozo

  • Steiner with black long hair haha

  • steiner

    bring back the move!!

  • PUT THE BELT ON STEINER PLAESE the man fukkkin deserves the title. samoa joe is young he can get the belt a million times later. SCOTT STEINER DESERVES THE BELT. if joe has any respect for the business he will job to THE GREATEST OF ALL TIME: SCOTT STEINER

  • Scott Steiner used to be one of the greatest professional wrestlers in the entire world, he was amazing in every sense of the word.

  • Best Piledriver finisher EVER!

  • All I've got to say is: Smackdown Vs. Raw 2009 includes "Create-a-finisher"...

    STEINER SCREWDRIVER, I'M COMING!!!!!!!

  • PlatinaChain, the Steiner Screwdriver is already in Smackdown vs. Raw, so you won't have to worry about creating the finisher. However, if you can come up with any new variations of the screwdriver, more power to you. That be sweet if you can pull something like that off.

  • is it??? how do you know??? in 2009 or any earlier games?

  • Yeah, it's been in WWE video games from WWF No Mercy for 64 up till now, so it's definitely available.

  • what? it hasnt been in any of the earlier WWE Smackdown vs. Raw

  • nice...obviosuly more damage than tombstone piledriver and canadian destroyer(where all the job is done by victim)

  • lol ring the dam bell. he aint getting after that!

  • Best move ever! Forget that super-fake-looking Canadian Destroyer...

  • You are super fake looking, not the CD !

  • tht guy looks like angle but with an afro

  • ....thats scott steiner

  • OUCH!

  • Hiroshi Hase looks dead...

  • SSD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11111111

  • in dor2 (day of reckoning 2) this is called SSD

  • I've only seen that move in games up until now. Cheers AJPW!

  • god he was so good in the day

  • Steiner was heavily muscled and quick throughout the 80's and 90's. He also had great moves and he beat the sh*t outta more guys than just about anyone else ever. Awesome brutality.

  • Sick. I forgot Steiner used to be able to do moves.

  • that Japanese guy looks dead xD

  • best move ever!

  • DA MAN!

  • dude is that scott steiner if so than he looks alot like kurt angle

  • In his prime Scott Steiner was a lot like Kurt Angle.

  • thats just stupid....

  • sick piledriver

  • jesus christy, that should be renamed, the career ender

  • Not really . Didn't stop Hiroshi Hase (the victim) from doing awesome german suplexes with bridge for years to come. Anyway.

  • yes i guess you are right. the move just looks horrendous to receive, because there is almost no margin for error. i heard about the screwdriver years back but never actually saw it done. an considering hase's long career, i guess he survived this just fine.
