Just like to add though tht I don't really like the guitar solo in this. No one can better George, he was a brilliant guitarist and doesn't get enough credit for it (as well as being one of the best songwriters ever, which he sometimes doesn't get credit for, too).

However, I think this newer solo would have been a lot better if he'd just used an older sound - it sounded (tonally) like a patch someone from Dream Theater would use, or something. Have to at least -try- to get a grungy, antiquated 60's sound :P

yeah i agree, this solo isn't that great compared to others. i love the solo george did from the let it be album (not let it be naked or the version from the best of album) but i think my favorite is the one clapton does during the concert for NYC. that entire performance is just filled with heart and soul and eric brings his A game.
