i don;t exactly if this is true... sometimes i say in my mind that im getting fat but eating all the sweets and many food... but then there are times that i think/ say in my mind that by eating all the sweets i get thinner and i actually do get thinner!!!

btw i dont do exercise just dancing ... but yeah when i see myself geting fat i say that to my mind and i get thinner haha i love this! i think the mind controls the fat!!

I've found it's just as easy to get hooked on eating healthy and smart as it was eating crap all the time. You've done a great job so far and keep it up. I've lost 88lbs. from Dec. 05'. It's unreal how much better I feel. I'm 6' and 180. so stoked. spent the day on santa monica beach today...

It's so hard to lose weight and it sounds like Llana is working hard! Good luck and keep it up. I have a friend who lost 30 lbs within the last year and it's always been a huge struggle for her (and she's managing to keep it off!)
