  • One idea to leg raise (the guy is doing in this video hanging knee raise): keep your legs or knees up 1 second before releasing it down. Isn't important if you are doing flat bent leg raise or hanging straight leg raise, you should do them. And i think, is enough to progression to the next level when you can do in this style 2 sets of 15 with the perfect tehnique.

    Back when I was in great shape I had a really thick cut perfect 6 pack and was 165-175lbs 6'1" from 19 years old to 23 years old. Then I ate a lot and got fat (235lbs+) and lazy. Now I am working out and eating healthy and shooting to get better then back then, but with the money to afford supplements and tons of protein. I'm 210lbs after 4 months and getting pretty cut up in crazy places I never was. It's just time and effort, not genetics. :)

  • I also think is genetics my abs are even, same size right next to each other. But in case is not imma tell you what i did: when i first started working my abs i did just regular straight crunches i did them slow and focused in really contracting them(building process), then i started workin the sides and doing different variations in a faster manner for more definition and to develope obliques and stuff. But dont worry most people have uneven abs, girls only care in how define ur six pack is.

  • @josekuthy If you notice Scott's abs they are not symmetrical, Jay cutler is currently considered the greatest bodybuilder in the world and guess what, his abs are way out of symmetry. My abs are even more uneven than Cutler's and I don't think I'd want to change that. ABS DON'T NEED TO BE SYMMETRIC!

  • @fsfsto i guess really really focus on symmetry in your workout: Skip the workout with the ball underneath you or use more machines instead of the exercises scott shows on here (however I think his exercises are superior to machine workouts as far as i've experienced)
