I don't exercise a lot, but I have only exercise is walking... I have asthma and pulmonary so I can't too much exercise-- oh, maybe playing Wii sports?

I used to have Asthma too. If I stay in good shape it dont bother me at all.

It depends how bad the asthma is.. Make sure you stay on a good multi-vitamin too.

It can be added to water, I have not tried it with juice. I will find out for you.If your diabetic this will help with sea salt in a bath. The other thing that helps is Alkaline water. I will do a video on this topic soon. You want to bring your body back to a good PH state. That will help your healing big time.

Look on ebay for Alkalife they are drops you put in water. I been using them for years.

if it was sent via usps or fed ex it was irradiated, and much of the healing powers diminished. always use ups whenever possible for supplements or alive life force products
