Bikes are meant to take sharper turns than a big ass truck, and if you cause a crash on a bike, chances are you'll be the one hurt, not the other people. Bikers take their lives into their hands doing stupid shit, but that truck is a danger to anything smaller than it. they're still dangerous, but they're meant to do those things.

@MakeupChevelle the big difference is vehicle size and characteristics. Bikes are meant to take sharper turns than a big ass truck, and if you cause a crash on a bike, chances are you'll be the one hurt, not the other people. Bikers take their lives into their hands doing stupid shit, but that truck is a danger to anything smaller than it. they're still dangerous, but they're meant to do those things.

@TheSkiddey bikes corner in a different way to cars, they need to accelerate around the bend or they drop so they tend to start from one side of the lane and traverse over to the other, when someone overcooks it they can spill onto the other lane, cars have no reason to do this

Sweet mother of christ PLEASE do not tell me you have just tried to argue against me by stating that in fact. A 4 wheeled vehicle weighing in excess of 1300kg with about 10-15% (if that?) of that vehicles mass made up of a dynamic load (fuel and driver though the driver is largely static;
Has the same physical properties as a 200kg+ Bike with two wheels and about 40% of the mass as a dynamic load with a LOT more gyroscopic force. twat

@smeghead666 well first off sorry I'm form finland so I can understand like half of that you wrote, but I try to keep up :D So all I meant that it doesn't matter if you drive a car or ride a bike when you want to go corner as fast and smooth as possible you need to drive like that, and to be honest this guy drives even carefully, turning quite late, I didnt meant so deep physic that you are talking about, they don't have same properties I know but same earth physics applies to them both..

@smeghead666 +when u go fast in to corner in what ever device the centrifugal force will allways pull you to the opposite direction, and again I'm not shure is that the right name for that force but I used google translator for that one.

@smeghead666 your an idiot if you think that, the reason they start from the outside of the corner then cut in twords the apex gives you the least angle you need to turn, meaning you can go faster into the corner, on 2 or 4 wheels, doesnt matter.

Bikes corner differently to cars and need to accelerate through longer bends otherwise you either drop the bike or have to go around stood up at 30mph.
