Was there in 95'. What fond memories!! The dorms in front of the tennis courts is where I courted my wife. I wish I can go back. Thank you for posting this. I loved my time in Beijing....it was one of the happiest times in my life.
Do you have to know Chinese to get into BLCU I've see info that you don't need any chinese proficiency to study english and finance there, but then i see things where you need to know chinese to get in anyone know?
That nice garden of the beginning...well, doesn't exist anymore, you know how fast things change here in China, and the BLCU is not an exception of it.

@eNjOi2p0 No, you don't have to know chinese. Many of the students there are foreigners that go there to learn chinese.
