Whenever I hear frank Sinatra I automatically go back to those visits to my grandpa's apartment in queens. I can just see him winking at me and greeting me with an "ayyy kiddo" as i came rushing up the stairs to and saw him sitting in his chair. I loved watching him listen to frank Sinatra and snap to the rhythm, singing to all the melodies. I loved listening to his stories from his time on the nypd and Giving him those Really tight hugs. For me, the only ONE other person (and group) who have done this song justice is Jake Hunsaker and BYU Vocal Point. He has SUCH a smooth voice, I guess that's because he's listened to a LOT of this man right here, but his voice is SO smootch, he definitely could be a crooner like Sinatra if he wanted to. :-) Guys please give them a chance and listen to their version of "Way You Look Tonight".

I still have the "Swinging Lovers" , and "Swinging Affair" LPs I bought when I was 17 ( now 73). Frank had the great musical genius of chosing his arrangers and orchestras - Basie, Billy May, Qiuncy Jones,but I feel the real genius was when he collaborated with Nelson Riddle - who had previously collaborated closely withnat King Cole. I feel these arrangements contribute greatly to the everlasting freshness of Sinatra.
