They took her bank card. One of the waiter's knows the guy who tends the bar's ATM machine. They watched her punch in her code and the waiter, knowing that the lady is pretty much drunk takes the card and gives it to the ATM guy to extract money.

these are animals u need to use force and kick them out not try to speak to them
