My number one wouldnt be Joker(he was good in the movie whenever he left the screen I wanted him back) but the guy is overated I keep hearing how his character WAS THE BEST OF ALL TIME

Sorry my number one would have had to be Cell from DBZ that guy was just dominant evenwhen losing he would find a way to win no one could go one on one with the guy TOO SMART

I can agree that Maleficent is one of the best but PLEASE don't bring power into the equation. That really bugs me. Maleficent got forth because she is original, was given a reason for being evil, had a great design, and a great voice

Thank you. I've looked at almost every top ten villains list and everyone of them is biased to power. A great villain doesn't need powers, they are just someone who you seem and get chills that they are so mean.
