The one thing that's better about the 7D compared to the 5D Mark II is the 60 fps. I'd rather buy the 7D incase I ever wanted to shoot slo-mo then spend more and loose out on that feature.

That camera is pretty cool. I have a vid "you dont wanna test this" on my channel that was shot with the 7d. Edited using sony vegas 9 pro.

Go see my tests i made with the EOS 7D in HD 1280:720 in 50 fps to 25 with a 60mm macro lens (no image stabilizer, it shakes a little...).
I put in post production a 2:35 wide cache and a basic bleach film effect to make it cinema way. Tell me what you think ! ;-)

Unfortunately the focus is on the background. This clip is out of focus. The 5d mk2 may produce better quality vids, maybe because of the FF sensor. But with the 7d you can chose between 30, 25 fps @ 1080p or 50 and 60 @ 720p. Regards
