Has to be the most informative video out there! You covered every minor detail down to water spots and the plastic! You got a skill doing these videos.
that was a great video helped a lot man im 14 and i do ll the work on our cars so its great to have such a good video to just reassure that the way i am gunna do it is right.... theonly thing i would say instead of circular motions i would go horizontally because i waxed a car once and it left swirl marks.. but if it works no need to change it up... once again thanks a lot man keep up the vids!
Nice job. You covered some good points that the pro's didn't cover like doing your door jams. You don't have to invest a million in products to keep your car looking great. Good video.
keep them coming please, Hey my i hope that you read this i am a new Dj or trying to be one what can you tell me to help me out. I am going to be buying Gemini CDM-3700G Dual CD Karaoke Mixing Console and Harbinger APS 15" Powered PA Speaker DJ Package is this a good one for me to start out on?
Hey, how bout some DJ gear cleaning tips.... steam those "carpeted speakers", renew that plastic and maybe that wax will work wonders on some metal trusses and tripods? Imagine your getting married add the DJ at your wedding has some filthy shit with duct tape all over it.... ?
Nice to see some "non-DJ" videos every now and then.
BTW, those micro fiber cloths from Costco or Walmart are cheap and really take off the wax well. Washing them without any fabric softener keeps them lasting long as well.
Top off the final vehicle glass with some RainX and you've got yourself a great job done.
I was introduced to it probably 15 years ago by a guy who was serious about cars. Later, I find out that it was developed for WWII fighter planes over the Pacific as a streak free fog resistant window cleaner.
More intiresting trivia: The DJ Skirts office/warehouse is located in the old Sparkle factory in the Chicago area
During World War II in the 1940's, B-29 Navigators in the Army Air Force had trouble with dirty buildup on their gunner sights. A heavy-duty formulation was developed to clean the plastic without streaking, smearing and residue left behind by lesser cleaners
good job and vid Brian, I had a question for you thou, what do you for rust treatment? I know some people have there cars / trucks's oil sprayed and scotch guard every year, is that a good idea or no?
I have heard it's a great idea, but don't do it. Just try to keep things clean and when I get rust, I go to the body shop and get things handled before they get out of hand
I'm right there with you Brian-there's more to life than just DJing . It's gotta be really refreshing for you to mix up the video topics-keep going for it. Maybe in your next video you can show us how to train killer whales-now that would be a great video!
im a chick and i like workin on car comes from long line of mechanic lol so most deff like ur car vid post more its interesting i never thought of the door jams either good tip will try it for myself next time hahaha
DJ's aren't allowed to have lives remember? All we do is stand there play with cool gear, listen to cool music, and talk every one and a while! hahaha... What a BEAUTIFUL DAY is was today, I'm glad you got to get out and enjoy it a bit.

@SonicOrbStudios You know, I bought a 3 pack of thoes micofiber clothes yesterday, but for a video I wanted to stick with what I knew.
Also, RainX is nice, but I'm a Sparkle man myself. Ever tried that? Developed for the Military in WWII. EXELLENT stuff!
briansredd 1 year ago
@briansredd
No I've not tried Sparkle...actually, I've
never even heard of it until just now....But I'll give it a try one of these days and see how it compares.

Dude have you ever thought about seriously being one of those actors for infomercials??? Your actually good in front of the camera! No joke.
And you do a very good job of polishing because I can see the camera and you reflecting off the back of the truck.....BTW that is a beautiful truck.!!
Another tip I just found out recently:: Keep your car away from street cleaners..disastrous.lol

Can I wax my mk3's with that result you got on the car?
