  • Beautiful chords. Are they 5ths or 7ths?

  • does not sound like a guitar....

  • I did this in fl 9

  • its only perfect if its a fender strat runnin through a 100 watt plexi ;)

  • i like it, but the decay time is way too short, you need an exponential decay, or at least slightly longer.. like on real guitars. i can hear the difference.. it was too "on-off-ish" in the beginning.. guitars cant do that unless with palm muting, but that sounds different.. I cant hear it except in the beginning, its not noticable during the rest of the song, but for solos, It needs more decay. and more cowbell.

  • doesn't sound like a guitar to me!!!!!......

  • the NNXT name is Gt Bottleneck w Chords.sxt

  • tyberium(dot)com free guitar patchs

  • hey great track!! i like it. maybe you can listen my track but im not profesional ;)

  • Yeah, can we record guitars with it?

  • That's a stupid amount for a patch which just sounds like a cheesy guitar, you could just record a guitar?

  • Nice,

  • sounds like dying cat....i get better tone outta my squier into my 15 watt frontman

  • @jubu678900 nope

  • why would you charge for it, when there are a hundred free ones out there?

  • Comment removed

  • I Think This Is Excellent & Well Worth The Money... !! Well Done..!!

  • how can i plug guitar or mic to reason in the sound card ????????

  • @fetallica1 reason doesnt use audio....yu have to buy propellerheads record program for that.

  • check out the song i made with reason 4.0 youtube.com/watch?v=7grofCZQVIM

thumbs up if you like it! thanks!

  • Awsome sound buut charging that much for one patch is a bit much....

  • Thanks. Took a long time to program sound. That is why the price set as it is.

  • @brentonfernandez I'll pay for a video on how you produced that. Nice work. That does take long. I've been using Reason for 3 years and never got a smooth sounding guitar down, that didn't sound like keys being played on the midi.

If you know of a link that shows how, I'd love to see which settings/devices, rv , phaser, etc

  • This sounds like a between the buried and me songlol

  • That was so cool.

  • that was amazing

  • someone can help me for perfect my reason guitar please ?

  • Sounds like it came right out of unreal tournament

  • It's pretty good, but i honestly prefer the hell spawn guitar after deleting the zones so there's no disgusting release

  • wow! Buying right now!

  • how do you get this working in fl studio?

i tried putting it in the vst folder and it shows up on the program but it doesn't work right.

  • @lordaltros omg are you serious?? it isnt a vst....it is a patch on reason. the only way you are going to get this working is to have reason and export the sound files and play as samples in fl. Too much effort though.

although (idk how it is downloaded) you can use the sound files he is selling and put them on fl studio. Only problem is that you dont have a sampler/ programmer on fl so that kinda sucks :D

  • @nick20200 oh damn. ok.

    i do have reason.

i'll try to monkey around with it at some point and try to get it working.

  • @nick20200 by the way, thanx :)

  • @lordaltros Its a combinator patch for Reason 4. You're trying to open it in the wrong program.

  • i need to learn how to pay an instrument for real

  • Nice sound. Well done.

  • The music itself is amazing , very .mod like and reminiscent of games from the 1990s...

  • can you use a real guitar with reason 4? i cant get mine to work

  • @Niallphillips if you use Reason with Record, then yes

  • @MrBrandonPeoples ya I got the demo of record as well which lets you save, im assuming i can export the tracks to my full version of reason when they'r recorded but i cant sync my guitar with the program : / any ideas?

  • @Niallphillips yeah, you can record your guitar, then export it as a wav file, then load it into reason through say redrum or NN XT. What are you useing to connect your guitar to your computer right now?

  • @MrBrandonPeoples I'm just plugged into my line6 pod and straight into the sound card

  • @Niallphillips yes, you can do everything you want in 1000 of ways.

with audio through record, with sample through sampler, with slices through dr rex, with patched-layered sampled combinatores for different settings, with a mixer with record and rewire.

  • The final patch is available for purchase on our website: brenton.co.nr

A must have for every reason user!

  • I would add more pitch bend to it.. To make it sound more live.

  • this is great and this isnt even my style of music great job can u plz giv me reason plz i waisted money on fl studio

  • 100th like xD

    Nice work!

  • 80's power ballad guitar! Cheesey as f@c# - nice one! Cok Rock!

  • hi, can you send me info on the patch please?

    sounds amazing!

  • great work guys

  • that is awesome! i didn't know you could combine devices into one patch. i wish i could make this sound but that is way too complex for me lol. great job.

  • what combinator patch did you use for the guitar?

  • Awesome!!!

  • what drum kit is that?

  • it's a regular stock rock kit with reverb! just pick the one that sounds like it and add reverb!

  • WOW!!!!

  • how can i get this patch yo!

  • sock combinator guitar "HellSpawn"...just add reverb

  • It's not synthesized if I'm not mistaken. Its a NNXT patch, with samples? Anyway, a very good use of EQ's and distortion for a great great sound! Compliments!

  • wow nice patch!

  • Best synthesised guitar tone ive ever heard. Also a pretty damn nice solo, I think I will try and learn this on guitar for real =)

  • hella tight man

  • fuck

  • i love that tone

  • some great sound your brother got here. also nice solo.

  • I want the patch too(on combinator?), thank you.

  • this is d patch m tryin 2 create 4 my soNgs....

    bt not gettin d same!!

  • Dude!

  • Thats sick

  • it's easy to make the patch, not so easy to make it sound real and to make sounding melody.

you want to use sawtooth with distortion, and heavy pitch bend usage. pitch bend really is the key here to make it sound realistic.

  • i did it accidentally once and cant remember how i did it lol

  • shit tbh

  • hardcore man great stuff right there.

  • you're great!!! this sound is perfect !!!

  • How did he make that patch???

Man, that sounded better then a real guitar!

You would really be a hero if you shared that combinator patch ;)

  • I suck so hard, coz i dunno how to use reason.. I don't understand how to work with it..

Please help me out a bit.

  • dude!! this its amazin'

where can i find this preset?

it would be awsome to have this good soundin!!

    please tell me

    thnx

  • Wow. Just wow. This is amazing...

And, not to be a leech or anything but is there any way you can share this with us?

It's just so amazing and I haven't been able to make a good sounding one yet (Which I really want)

  • Great Job!!! I'm just learning Pro Tools and Reason...pretty steep learning curve coming from nothing. Respect.

  • reminds of the music in the 80s films, this is great stuff!!

  • are you able to release a combinater patch for this please???

  • He shuld, really! Would love to include this preset with some delay and some other EQ in one of my productions!

  • its all beautiful except that damn kick drum, u need to put more tone on it

  • PLEASE GIVE ME THIS PATCH PLZKTHX

  • i thought the guitar sound was a preset ¡¡¡

  • This thing is amazing! Way2go!

  • Ok, I cheated... I just copied your settings from the screen shot and now I have an awesome sounding Lead Guitar... Thanks Mate!

  • haha

  • Haha, no problem!

  • i want this patch dude :(

  • My bad, ignore that question... I'm tempted to ask you for your patch but what fun is Music when you don't do it yourself, right?

  • That sounds awesome dude. Excellent use of Reason. I was just wondering what patches you used for scream and the R7000... Did you open any patches?

  • Your guitar sound is extremelly realistic! Excellent work on the effects-rack to achieve this quality. Can you tell us what is the name of the Sample used on the NN-XT as a base for this sound? You definitely have here a sound-creation tutorial basis.

  • The sound I used with the NN-XT was the Gt Bottleneck w Chords. You can use just about all of the guitar patches to get a good sound but I thought this one sounded the best! :)

  • This rocks!!!! Can you tellme how to create that kind of sound?

  • pretty tigh intro wasnt all that good tho but the guitar was retarded good haha

  • Ugh.

Why do all the long notes cut off so early?

    Too much stacatto, empty space.

  • hey awesome video!! luv that electric guitar sound. the reason stock guitar refill sucks. is there any chance you can do a tutorial video on how u got your guitar to sound that way? unless your using different refill??

thanxs anyway keep doing your thing!!! = )

  • Holy shieat! GREAT WORK! I shat bricks!

  • awesome

    like

    vai satriani awesome

  • could u please tell me how to make this patch?

was this a patch already in the sound bank with some devices added to it?

can u get pinch harmonics out of it?

  • I created a combinator patch out of an nnxt patch in the factory sound bank. A whole lot of effects processing was used to produce this sound. I can email you the patch if you send me your email through a message. And it is hard but you can create pinch harmonics.

  • Great!
