CAN ANYBODY TELL ME THE NAME/ARTIST OF THE FRENCH RAP SONG IN THIS MOVIE? I've been trying to find it but no luck. The song was feature later on in the movie during a scene at a party. It was directly after the scene where Shannon Sossamons character was looking at that book with pictures of various STD's in an effort to turn herself off from having sex. I mean in most of these sort of Generation-X disillusionment novels I think that there aren't simple or dramatic endings, they're rather just mid-sentence type stuff. I admit, though, I haven't read nearly enough in this genre to make a truly qualified judgment. I think I might be biased in my assertion because I prefer happy endings, and most of the loose ends tied in this film and others were usually for the worse.

That's sort of the point though, the movie begins in mid -sentence as well. It illustrates the transgressive nature of all of the characters to repeat the same mistakes and fall deeper into bad behavior.

I don't know if you've seen the movie or know anything about the director but it goes a little deeper than merely running some tape backwards.
