  • You really need to research your protein shake. Tip for you. Myoplex=junk/ripoff. 2nd use almond butter, soymilk and a pure whey protein, throw in frozen wild blueberries for sweet plus major health benefits. Be sure to take a daily multivitamin.

  • First of all, for all that say peanut butter is bad for u, u have no idea what ur talking about, it has a little protein, being that u eat 1 gram per pound of lean mass, and it has that fat to help ur joints and to help the production of testosterone. Secondly if she's using a cycled ketogentic diet then peanut butter is good in small amounts but milk combined would begin to push the limits of carb intake for that meal.   • Soy Milk has Vitamin D and is way more healthy than standard Milk. I hope you'll be able to get some eventually.

  • @JudgeEden Soy contains phytoestrogens so if u dont want gyno then stay away or keep in very low quantities

  • I just Tried this shake and it was pretty good. The cinnamon gave it a good taste, but i wouldn't recommend using splenda.

  • you should try stevia instead of splenda, its a lot better for you. Splenda is terrible.

  • Cold for 3 or 4 weeks? lol you need to up your intake of anti oxidants and vit C or something but a cold for 3 to 4 weeks is not a good sign.

  • water + wheat oats + yogurt + whey protein power

  • it completely depends on your current body build. Fat is not a bad thing to take if you get it from appropriate sources like nuts and fish.

    For lean muscle (cutting fat) then a low carb high protein diet is typical. For a bulk muscle build then increase fat/carb consumption.

    Like i said though its hard to recommend a specific diet without knowing your training, desired outcomes and body build etc.

  • are you trying to cut ur body fat %? of so id avoid the banana!its got a very high level of simple carbs. u described ur shake as having 47g of carbohydrate but at least 36g of those are simple sugars purely from the banana. u could take around 160 calories out of that just from banana. if your doign a pre/post workout shake then around half a banana is ok...

  • I'm a calorie counter but I like to incorporate anything that sounds useful & nutritious into my diet & your shake sounds major yummy! I hope to try it with half the amounts as it seemed like quite a generous serving & cos I don't necessarily need the extra protein as such halving it to 205 calories will suit me abit better.
