are you trying to cut ur body fat %? of so id avoid the banana!its got a very high level of simple carbs. u described ur shake as having 47g of carbohydrate but at least 36g of those are simple sugars purely from the banana. u could take around 160 calories out of that just from banana. if your doign a pre/post workout shake then around half a banana is ok...
I'm a calorie counter but I like to incorporate anything that sounds useful & nutritious into my diet & your shake sounds major yummy! I hope to try it with half the amounts as it seemed like quite a generous serving & cos I don't necessarily need the extra protein as such halving it to 205 calories will suit me abit better.

I just Tried this shake and it was pretty good. The cinnamon gave it a good taste, but i wouldn't recommend using splenda.

it completely depends on your current body build. Fat is not a bad thing to take if you get it from appropriate sources like nuts and fish.
For lean muscle (cutting fat) then a low carb high protein diet is typical. For a bulk muscle build then increase fat/carb consumption.
Like i said though its hard to recommend a specific diet without knowing your training, desired outcomes and body build etc.
