Honestly. I still have faith in Freddy. People talk about him being washed up, etc. But, he's only 20.
He's still got time to develop. And, since leaving for Europe he's gotten little to NO playing time with Benfica, Monaco, or Belineses (spelling?).
I'm HOPING that he succeeds at Aris (along with Eddie Johnson).
He's got a GREAT skill-set. He just needs playing time!
Lackluster defense is his only flaw. But, that can still be learned.

Freddy's problem is he's very small for european football...theres no doubt that the kid has talents but he needs to bulk up a little and keep on getting better...hes only 19 now so he has 3 - 4 years more before he should be a regular starter...he has plenty of time.

adu is soooo sick. i was always a doubter... but i went to the USA vs. Guatemala WC Cup qualifier and since since they were already qualified they played tons of new faces. Adu was one of them and scored an excellent free kick. in my opinion he was prolly the best player on the field last night. strong. fast. super quick feet.

MLS had good accomodations from the start and much better training methods from the start to give only the most obvious reasons...
