I learnt to do a handstand and start walking by first learning to do a head stand making a triangle with my hands and head on the floor and gradely reduced the angle of the triangle so my hands where closer to my head and then started doing handstands, i found it's easier to walk then it is to stay still, the more the practice the better you'll get
@Jouwl No you're not! We may become more cautious with age, but it's always possible with gradual strengthening and fear-overcoming progressions!
Just start with walking your legs up a wall into a semi-handstand, and then eventually we do a 180 and kick up against a wall that prevents falling over. Once we get used to it, we can kick up from further and further back.
