I did not understand him to mean that we all become "another" Jesus or literally "Jesus also", but that when we follow and obey the written word of God, we become conformed, shaped and matured into His image. By walking after the Spirit, we allow the written word of God to become part and parcel of our life. Before I read my scriptures for the day I ask God to let the word permeate my entire being...to get into my spirit, my bloodstream. By doing so I become what I "eat" spiritually.

Part II: You've heard the phrase, "you become what you eat". Well no one in the history of mankind who has ever eaten chicken every day becomes a chicken!  You reap the benefits or the detriment of what you eat and hear. Therefore if I "eat" and hear enough of the word I begin to reap the benefits of the word, I don't become another Jesus Christ! How many children have thought they were stupid (negative) or smart (positive) because that's all they heard from their parents?

The doctrine of the devil has always been to be LIKE the most high. He never said we could, would, be like Jesus, there is only one. We become sons of God but we can never be the only begotten. Again I like tye, but this teaching is not of GOD!!!! I have heard him speak truth but this is not it!!!! When he says it blew his mind when he saw it. I'm sure it did, and he should have rejected whatever spirit showed it to him cause it wasnt Holy!!!!

Tye Tribbett is not saying that we can become Jesus, that we could ever become the Son of God. What he is saying is that as Christians we become LIKE Jesus when we follow the principles laid out for us in the bible. The Word help us model the things of God and not the things of the world. Tye is saying that how we as Christians live, act, and love is what will show people the principles of God and the bible without them ever having read it James 1:22-27 & John 13:34-35.

Inheritance that is a good explination, but not to what Tye is saying, He clearly is saying at around 7:19, "you become tehat you heard (the word) Like Jesus, and again No one can become the word Only Jesus did. Your explanation does not fit what he said!

I'll try to explain what I meant better. Tye is simple saying model what you hear and read when it comes to the Word. When someone preaches about the love of Jesus for others or you read about the love Jesus for others , apply that principle to your own life. Love others. If someone preaches about the faithfulness and obedence of Abraham. You in turn should try to become more faithful and obedient in your relationship with God. Become what you've heard or read. Did you read the verses?

I like tye's Music, but we have to be careful what we say! What he is saying sounds real "spiritual" But the word only became one man and He dwelt among us and now sits on the right hand of God. We must OBEY the word but we CANNOT become the word. Bless you Tye!

Inheritance I agree with yur thoughts. But what your saying is NOT what he said. You can say tht's what he meant, but it's not what he said. Again your right, and I know your a fan of his, but your explination and what he said is two different things. Some people twist good words to mean bad things, but your twisting bad words to mean something good. I like the guy, but this is not one of his better teachings...AGAPE!

Stand out!, God bless Tye Tribbett! Some people think that he is out of line for wearing braids and say he's gay, but they are just gay their own selves! LOL He blessed my soul and his ministry is changing lives. Lets get back to true holiness! Sinking is the best!

Thank God that He has anointed men and women to preach His word and Will and not the "prosperity doctrine" that was orchestrated to make people feel good but does not change lives!!!!!! Not that there's anything wrong with being blessed financially- But this is TRUTH. God desires to endow His people with Power to do His Will, not Stuff to satisfy our pride and flesh!!!!!!!
