This is not a hack, it's a bug where one player spawns with:

1: No ammo.

2: No ability to pick up weapons.

3: No equipment.

4: No grenades.

5: Unlimited health.

It's a very rare bug, and almost never happens.

Private match, you can switch health to 1000% on a certain team, which was the team he was obviously. But the other team was all the same Spetnaz(Probably spelled it wrong) and the damage was probably 10%
