i use rest talk bulky tauros except i use body slam where u have EQ

yeah it's really hard to take down. I use EQ for EdgeQuake coverage but body slam is also an option

Cool Vigoroth set, could definitely own some pokes. You might wanna switch out Roar for Night Slash as Crush Claw will own walls/stat uppers already with the 50% chance to drop defenses so you can use Night Slash to hit Ghosts. You can even opt for Chesto Rest over Slack Off too if Toxic is a bother for Vigoroth. All in all: Just some food for thought, as it's a pretty cool set already as it is.

Too bad Plume/Rock/King owned you here, but you put up a good fight nonetheless. Keep it up!
