Just like Ive said I am 50 now and its been 38 years since I have suffered it I have always lived in Mexico City but now I am living in Canada as last Christmas I got married for the very first time ! so as you can see there is always hope no matter how hard this disease may be!
That's not very nice, using zooms, handheld cameras, and following/panning in a video that people with vertigo might be watching. Are you trying to make us hurl? ;-) (Seriously, it is unpleasant to watch.)
These exercises will just bring on spasms for me...I think my vertigo is mainly neurological, a tumor, going for an MRI... :(
