Mohammed was a very weathly Arab merchant who dealt primarily with Jews and he hated them. He literally began his own religion and it caught on, immensely. He borrowed much of Old and New Testament material to comprise his "Quran", and set himself up as the so called last prophet. That is why Muslims know who Christ is, it wasnt Mohammeds wish to deny Jesus completely, because he need the New Testament to create his own. This is all true guys, look into it.
