Those and hanging wipers. Lately though I rarely do much direct core work except for the levers. I'm from the old school of thinking that too much direct oblique exercises is either unnecessary or at worse may ruin aesthetics.

Cardio can help, but it makes a big pear into a small pear. If u do cardio, do it at the END of ur workout, because the body burns sugars first when u workout, and then fat after that. Also exercising in the morning on an empty stomach helps too. U burn fat up to 3 times faster, but it's harder since ur energy is low. Hope this helps friend.
