Congressman Kirk Backtracks On Controversial Cap and Trade Vote

Vote Michael Labno for Senate because voting for one of the above two candidates is a wasted vote.

The only reason I won't vote for Kirk is because he doesn't support a public option.

Virtually every environmental group supports the climate bill-it is the number ONE priority for the Sierra Club, the NRDC, the Wilderness Society and the League of Conservation Voters. Kirk is turning his back on ALL of these groups by saying he would vote against it.

A NO vote would please conservative Republican primary voters, but it shows that Kirk will bail out on environmental issues if politics demand it. If you value environmental protection, help keep Kirk OUT of the Senate.
