@sebe150 No kyogre is lv seventy. I know because I caught him @ lv 70 saved the game and later that day bough pokemon pearl. Forgot I even owned saphire bough platinum and later ss then black. Then I moved kyogre onto black at lv seventy and trained him to lv 80 and now he my main parthner pokemon.

save game before challenging Kyogre,then u can challenge it as many times as u want

better strategy: send out a level 1 starly, or anything that knows endeavor (has to be level 1), holding a focus sash. the legendary will hit it down to 1 hp, have it use endeavor, and faint. next, send out something with yawn or hypnosis or spore or something, put it to sleep. better?

It actually only took me a couple of minutes, red hp and paralysis then I randomly threw a heavy ball and it worked!

Caught Kyogre after running out of all my pokeballs other than quick ball (I had bought over 50). it was around 50th quick ball when I caught it :D

Caught Rayaqauza with ultra ball first time and it has less chance of being caught than Kyogre I think! + (Random brackets for the win

@TheRyanjacob make sure to defeat red and you need to have obtained a kanto starter from prof oak and a hoenn one from steven at silph co in saffron city and prof oak is in his lab so steven will be asking you about a stone colour green represent treecko red represent torchic and blue represents mudkip so choose carefully and if you have done that and still nothing i dont know maybe you have to beat you rival at mt moon if you havent done that and you need to defeat clair and lance woth you riva
