@OrangeJuice1982 - Yes, that's Windows 98 Second Edition - smaller, faster, and less "writes" to the drive than a Windows 2000 installation. Also, I needed a small very "petite" system to run some legacy stuff from the past that won't run on Win2000, so I opted for Win98SE. The PicoPSU was obtained from Logic Supply for ca $25. The power brick I had from a previous purchase of a PW-60 snap-on mini-ITX kit.
@OrangeJuice1982 - (continuining ...) No optical drives, and only one hard disk drive (which will be changed to a home-made SSD soon). The PicoPSU doesn't seem to generate any heat. Performs well, but this is a really old baord. I'd say this is fefinitely worth it, but if you need to use optical, I'd buy a higher wattage unit, I got the lowest watt unit I could get away with, so I don't plan to add much more to the system other than USB video capture. :)
@kumbah2006 I'm looking to power an optical as well as the hdd, so maybe a 90w will be needed. I'll check out Logic supply if they have a site, thank you

Did that really say Win98, wow.
Questions:
1. How much did the pico psu and brick set you back
2. Where did you get it from
3. Are you running a optical drive, If so how does the psu perform
