  • @calisthenicskingz i need some advise, i'm doing a calisthenic workout, consisting of pull ups, push ups, and regular dips....should i do as many super sets as i can, or do each exercise separately which obviously takes longer and uses less energy but i would most likely get more sets in

  • How much do you weigh? Can these sorts of bodyweight exercises be used to put on weight for, say, moving up a division in mixed martial arts or kickboxing, or do you need to lift for that?

  • I am 22 years old and in pretty good shape. I love everything calisthetics, I want to dedicate my workouts solely to natural exercises like the ones you do in the video, but I have to get their first. I am having a hard time getting a six pack. I have been doing situps for a long time, my core feels very hard. Any suggestions as to make the "form" show. I know body fat has a factor, but what is the best diet/workout. My build is 5'9" and 190 pounds but i carry it well. Thanks!!!

  • Your level of strength is incredible! When you did the "flag" and started doing horizontal pull ups and the hand stand push up with a clap, my jaw almost hit the floor! But, did you seriously build up all that mass with just body weight exercises? I know that's where the strength has came from, but most people who train on BW only don't tend carry as much mass as you.

  • @TheHunter74 Thanks, you can actually start with my recent release it's an at home extreme abs dvd called KILLER ABS, it will be a great start for you because if focuses on burning bodyfat, and tone & sculpting your muscles and bring out those 6 pack abs.

  • Did you get built without using weights? e.g no bicep curls, bench press

    just all bodyweight? pullups, dips etc?

  • @PureRemix yes i did it all wit just bodyweight exercises, NO weights. I ave dvds that teach how to do this from beginner to advance levels. DVDS are on my website.

  • @PureRemix yes there are several routines on my instructional dvd that you can follow and it also instructs you on how many sets, reps, and weeks you should do it before progressing to the next stage.

  • I have great respect for this fellow. He is an example that you dont need any gym or machines to become strong and and fit. He utilizes his own bodyweight and simple elements from the park and environment to gain maximum benefits.

  • All videos I was able to watsch (unfortunately not much in Germany) are awesome. I integrated some of these (for me) forgotten basics into my routine. But please could you give some examples for training the lower body/legs?

  • Watching these kind of vids only frusterates me... I can do 25 pullups 19 using strict form, but I can't do one single muscle up... WTF?! Is there some kind of secret technique to it or something that I am just not getting???

  • @MGS4LYFE19 Yes, whatch carefully how he do it ! You should swing at first and let your arms behind your head and then try to muscle up! Its hard to explain because i'm not english. I can do about 10-12 muscle ups and about 26 pull ups.

  • this is soo awesome! the thing is though, if i were to buy ur dvd, there is like nothing that i would be able to do... do you go through a bunch of stuff to build up to this? is it really possible to have that much mass with purely calisthenics? i need to build a lot of functional strength so that i am the best ultimate player on the field, would calistenics be better or free weights? ultimate conditioning is kinda similar to soccer conditioning.   • @bordercollielover100 The Boot Camp Basics DVD is the one you want to get first, it starts you off with basic/beginner exercises and leads up to advanced, and has a nutritional guideline section. When I say advanced, I mean wide-grip pullups and muscle-ups. Has lower body exercises too. The other DVD's are demos of more advanced stuff...

  • @bordercollielover100 ...As far as whether it's possible to to build muscle just from BW, of course it is. Just look at him. Keep in mind, hes been working on that body for 10-15 years. But one thing people shold be clear on: size doesn't always equal strength. And there's pro athletes who've used just BW and thrived, like Herschel Walker (who's also a vegetarian). You have to do higher total reps as you increase your fitness, but it can be done.

  • Handstand clap... Man, balance, strength, endurance, you name... That's the craziest thing my eyes have ever seen. I'mma have to steal that move when I get my balance up.
