Solution:

We need two things roads first plant food second. Creat four main roads ask a 5 men with eperience. Those roads need to be able to reach out plantaions feilds create 5 sectors. Money comes in from the dispora 67 billion ask them when they transfer to donated $60 to infrastructure and seeds to plant. we have the lands but how does that help if there is no road to bring it to the different rural areas.
