Hi,

Where i live we teach kids open source software, until this year as the project was closed as it was a huge failure.

My personal belief is that it failed because the guy you had on top of the schools IT department was one guy who by random was the first one at that school to get a computer, so we need to get the "useless" guys out before this can take effect, but then i think it will go forwards really quickly.
