to metalman well these are very simple techniques and trust me you can get this with practice. I personally don't think this solo is that great honestly. Dimebag is a legend and will always be garret peters is a wannabe alexi or gus g except they already exist.

Using Dime as an example he even started off playing in contests for guitars and amps hence the dean from hell and his first randall halfstack and took that with Vinnie all the way to the top. I think Garrett will do the same with Climhazzard. they flow really well as a band and his riffs and solos fit perfectly with the rest of the song. overall it kicks some serious ass

@drivenbyevil667 well i have been playing guitar for 2 years now and its still giving me trouble plus its the genius behind the solo itself and how well it flows with the rest of the song that really counts...i mean look at Dimebag Darrell from Pantera and Damageplan. Most of his riffs and solos were fairly simple but because of how they flowed with the song and how much passion was put into them people are still gravitating towards them even after 10 and 15 years. Thats how Garrett is to.

No words can explain how much skill it would require to play this solo so perfectly without any sort of fuck up and still be so technical yet have the spirit of metal in it with soul and feeling by far beyond any metal guitarist.
