I have friends in SF...their hearts are in the right places.  They are there to make a difference. Why not go after the money launderers, it should be very easy to do. All major financial transactions are kept track of here, it isn't possible to hide the billions of dollars taken in by the drug trade. Maybe, just maybe, the FBI/CIA are supporting the drug trade rather than preventing it.
