Another thing is taking a vitamin for hair, skin and nails and you can get these at Walmart or any drug store. Works for me with my nails.

I love mane and tail my hair is pretty long its too the middle of my back I grew three inches in less than a month and I'm still adding more like conditioners to my hair also head and shoulders is another thing to leave your hair super shiny .. Um .. I usually get my mane and tail product from publix they Unfortanetly don't sell it at Walmart I looked all over for that nor do they sell it as target .. I don't usually see it at Sally's either but I'll look into that ... And I love this video gr

Hello from the UK - Have you tried a deep protein olive oil conditioner/mayonnaise? If so, which moisturising conditioner do you use *after* the protein/mayo treatment? I'm just intrigued, because they say you should always use a moisturising conditioner after a protein treatment, as the protein treatment can dry your hair out - but I'm not sure which other deep conditioners are moisturising (they mostly never say on the packaging *fail* lol)?:))

I have to disagree with you. My family owns 2 major Hairsalons and main and tail does not work! it ruins your hair and makes it frizzy and unmanagable. It also changes the way your natural hair grows. I would not use it. I have used main and tail before and it ruined my hair. It took my hair 2 years to go back to the way it was before i started using it. Its made for Horses and it should stay with being used for horses.
