This is not a song by or about Tom Morello, who calls himself The Nightwatchman. It is a song called 'The Nightwatchman', by a band named 'The Duckworth Lewis Method', and the whole album is about cricket. The Nightwatchman is a lower-order batsman who comes in to bat higher up the order than usual near the end of the day's play.
