Is Zeolite similar to Shilajit? I havent started using Zeolite yet but my order is on the way. I have been using Shilajit for a few months and it really increases my energy levels.
@amyalewine no, shilajit is a fulvic containing herb. They are similar, but i find zeolite to be a lot more effective. Glad it's working for you though.
@bwl123 I saw evidence that people were getting cancer from something that was in the same area they get zeolite from, not that it was in the actual zeolite we buy as a product. i only use Healthforce Nutritionals Zeoforce, and I trust 100% that their source is completely pure.

great question. There's a lot more research and history of use with zeolites. They're also affordable for a decent dose. I feel a lot of the claims made about black mica are unsubstantiated. But, even if someone disagrees with this, as i'm sure they will, I have't found it to be noticeable in practice, while zeolites are very noticeable.
What are your opinions on 'black Mica'? Is zeolite needed if using black mica? I ask because zeolites are extracted from black mica (I beleieve). Thanks for the great short vids!
