Can I tell you a funny but true story about Johnny Paycheck? I was a country deejay for 25+ years in West Palm Beach. He made an appearance at the South Florida fair back in the 80's. I was out on the fairgrounds to interview him before the evening show at 8:00 PM. He was completely drunk but what amazed me was come show time he got up on stage and DIDN'T miss a beat. A great talent!

This song was me thirty years ago. Those days are LONG OVER. All of the "wildside" s out of me now, can't afford it anymore. Life is too short to spend it paying for dumb shit. I am a daughter (Dad & mom are both dead, now), a mother of two sons--adult men, now--with children of their own!!! I would put myself in front of a bullet, or anything--in a heartbeat, with no other thought or hesitation about it!!!
