Very good. I visited the UK back in Dec 1991, on arrival, we were told the baggage retrieval system had frozen and we'd have to wait for our luggage. It gets better. On arrival in UK in March 2008, in a new century no less, I had a serious deja vu experience when the same message was put out over the PA system! Will it happen again next week when I'm arriving at Heathrow again? Probably.

I once flew on a Vietnamese airline in a plane that felt like it was about to fall to bits at any moment, but that was still more enjoyable than any experience I've ever had with BA. They lose luggage so often that I'm starting to think that maybe their real source of income comes from selling off "lost" items.
