It's called copyright infringement. You can be forced to pay up to a $10,000 fine. That's why YouTube was being sued for these uploads. Granted you may not be prosucted for it but YouTube can and is being forced to remove such things. As far as I'm concerned I won't do it but I feel it's up to the person with the copyright to worry about it.
Of course I understand if the makers of some show get pissed if all the series are uploaded on some website where people can watch them for free but videos where only minor parts of the show are used shouldn't be so alarming 'cause it's free advertising, in a way. And I gotta admit I've watched all the AzuDai episodes here on Youtube but I'm planning on buying the DVD collection 'cuz I liked the show so much^^ I'm also planning to buy the comics so... As I said it's pretty good advertising.
