I agree the energy drill used is hubad but its applications are still very wing chun. Dan Inosanto and Bruce Lees work blured the lines between the two nicely, its good to see it being used so well here :)

in JKD..its the simplified version...Bruce lee cut away alot of wastage movement...and alot of movement had lost in time....because its not pratic that much last time thou its good,,

but wing chun has many more move...but simplified.....thats why....

bruce lee learns is to get the punch in thats all...not more.... he didnt learn to say that traping good...If trapping u shud see jitjeetsu .....more on ground attacks.....
