i think you have get a play group again, the best car is between sabuer c9, R92 and minolta or jaguar o.O or i think is gillet vergito (handling is stupid one lol)

While tuning it and give you the max% of nitrous (in settings) and allow the standard transmission max speed is 450 km/h! really! the same is the Ford GT (also standard), its max speed is 449 km/h!! also nitrous max% and transmission Best (3 left) try it on an oval !!!!!

@TheFastcase Its actually been checked by looking at the game's data files. The Formula '04 is OBVIOUSLY #1 in the whole game - but its unique. There are no other Formula cars in the game, so the Formula '04 is omitted in these results.
Going by game data files, the top 5 was this:
1. Sauber C9
2. Nissan R92CP
3. Toyota 88C-V
4. Playstation Pescarolo C60
5. Mazda 787B

@TheGelboy12 These are just my opinions. Once in B-Spec Mode on a Arcade Race on Test Course (3 Laps) in a CLK GTR, it went 247mph stock! And luckily, I was with the BMW V12, The 2 Pescarolos, Bentley Speed 8 and R89C and won in B-Spec Mode! Notice...
I don't know the 787B's top speed because I don't have it yet (Check when you race this car, go to quick tune, and see the default "Top Speed") (I don't have the C9 either, but I know it). Every Group C car is the same speed as the CLK GTR except for the Peugeot 905 and Jaguar XJR-9.

Guys! the escudo is not fast at all compared to some cars, it can only reach around 240 mph no matter what! On top of that, it has terrible control!

Going by game data files, the top 5 was this:
