  • Cant believe it has took me so long to find music from Colin again...we used to watch him on the club circuit all the time around Wigan. I even have his Album somewhere. He was amazing. It was my father in law and mother in law that introduced us to Colin. The man with the velvet voice was how he was introduced on stage. Goose Green and Bickershaw I saw him in. My favorites are 'She never could dance' and 'it was almost like a song' brilliant! God bless.

  • I had the pleasure of seeing Colin in concert in Southport in August 1984. Absolutely excellent. Sorry to hear of his passing. Rest in peace, sir.

  • Worked with Colin on a cruise ship in 2001 / 2002, what a fantastic professional. Never forgotten, still listen to his music.

  • the only guy who could sing lady love as good as lou rawls whatched him many times in liverpool on the victoriana and mardigrai clubs. He used to sing duet's with a girl named Beryl Marsden......marvin gaye tammy terrel...could not have sounded better..there no better tribute I could add...Eric

  • @hullsoulboy we are going to see Beryl Marsden at the beatles bank holiday weekend up here in liverpool next week were she is performing i'm sure colin made a couple of cd's not sure if beryl was on them .be in touch soon..eric
