This is such an inaccurate video.

Not only do children make extremely unreliable 'witnesses', and are prone (especially in adolescent years) to making ridiculous boasts that are simply untrue, this video noticeably makes use of a very small 'cast' of individuals, whose comments are repeated frequently throughout the video, and who appear to be performing for the camera.

I'm sure there are a some bored kids in Bowral and a few who would take a drink or use drugs - but then that's true anywhere.
