  • Very very nice bro. I like how you put the sound effects in the video. Great video.

  • I looked on the Miller Engineering site & saw that the neon signs are really for HO gauge. Did you use HO gauge on your N scale diorama here? If so, it works.

  • I absolutely Love it and I can't believe its in your place and not the actual real thing. Great Video

  • If I didn't already know it was a model...

  • Hi Greg, that is fantastic! If I did

  • @leebailey001 Thanks......glad you like it.....more to come.....

  • @perth45 sounds great :) thx for the heads up

  • @perth45 Im not sure if you are still adding on to your city as there haven't been any new videos but i was wondering if you could do a tutorial on how to make buildings like yours, or maybe show us in more detail the buildings you have already built ?

  • @mrchipeater I have completed another block which features shops/ cafe and a taller office block...the shops/ cafe all have detailed interiors, also the building on the left has been replaced with a taller, more elaborate building featuring an outside elevator.....I simply haven't had much time to put the new block into place...buildings are designed by me, made from balsa wood, maybe I'll consider doing a tutorial some time in the future, its just that I work 6 days and 4 evenings a week

  • @mrchipeater I intend to add a new block to it soon, and will post a new video soo after...keep watching.....the new block features interiors......

  • THANKS EVERYONE FOR THE COMPLIMENTS......

  • Omg this is bananas...u have real talent!

  • omg this is the best

  • I've done scratch modeling and completely understand the blood sweat and tears that goes into a single building let alone an entire city. Just BRILLIANT work...I love it! I actually stumbled upon this looking for a technique I saw in railroad magazine where they used tiny tvs to simulate people walking in the windows...still hunting.

  • I want to do the same thing and put a 4 lane afx race track in the middle of the buildings. I want to make it look like a Grand Prix in a major city. you did a real good job!

  • Unbelievably cool man, you're extremely talented.

  • Oh Jesus now I've found a new aspiration to complete before I die. And I thought that bloke who recreated a 1980s Pan Am first class cabin in his garage was just what I needed! I bow before you good sir

  • @haku8645 thanks so much.....

  • That very good!

  • I love it! do you think you can make the Bank of China tower in Hong Kong into this kind of scale?? it would be great to see the bank of china tower light up at night with its triangular shape on the tower.

  • I agree about not having any lighting in the cars....I actually didn't know such things existed when I was working on the layout....I will rectify this in the future..currently working on an EL track right down the middle......

  • the work is great the best i seen in 30 yrs, there is one thing I have to say you got lazy on lighting the cars and auto's..also the road signs too..

  • This is.... Un-fucking-believable, I praise who ever made this and envy who ever made this, I WANT TO MAKE THIS BEFORE I DIE!

  • This looks real. Incredible.

  • Greg, this is truelly awesome......will never tire seeing it ...........Brilliant .....

  • Awesome work! Truely amazing with their height as well...sahhwheet

  • The Adult inside of me Thinks this is Awesome

" BUT THE KID IN ME THINKS TO CRASH DOWN GODZILLA ACTION FIGURES AND CRASH HOT WHEELES TOGETHER ON THIS

  • hmmmm.....thats what my best mate says.....he wants me to leave it to him in my will so he can stage a 'disaster'........

  • BY the way.. How you do these model?

  • thanks.....there is an exterior layer of 1/16 balsa wood, with windows cut out with a metal ruler and scalpel...painted...then interior balsa...1/32...with selected windows cut out.....clear acetate between the two layers to mimic glass windows....frosted acetate behind clear windows to diguise the interior lights......the tallest is 6ft and took 3 months to build from the design/ drawing stage....and I worked on it every spare minute I had, including days off, Sundays etc..

  • WTF.. Your amazing.. Well done.. Your genius.. 5 stars man..

  • WOW, it looks so real... I love it,,,,, its wicked.
