Loved the first episode except the brothel scene. I've watched Spartacus for the past two seasons. I can handle sex and nudity. The brothel scene though, that was ALOT! Some of it was pretty messed up you know. It was ALOT!

RIP Andy Whitfield he was a great Spartacus... No offense to the new guy but when I first watched the show I kept on watchiing cause Andy played the part very well. And at the end of Blood and Sand season you could feel the words of what he was saying like you were there. His acting was great.

Just saw Season 3 first episode last week. If you subscribe to Starz then some of you should've been able to catch the first episode before it premiers this week. It was a solid first episode. It was a little bittersweet for me because of the loss of my beloved Andy Whitfield. However, she show does look promising. It is still as BLOODY AS EVER, and still full on intrigue and SEX. Nothing will ever rival that first season though...IT WAS JUST PURE MAGIC!!!

I didn't know what the fuss was all about Andy dying. My attitude was people die everyday, shit happens...etc etc. To be honest, didn't really care b/c I never saw the show. My friends convinced me to watch and I saw the first 2 seasons in the last 3 days. And I have to say, this show is amazing and Andy Whitfield did an Amazing job. Now I understand the sadness. I can't picture anyone else playing Spartacus except him, but if the new guy does his job even half as good as Andy, it's good for me.
